Chicken ParmesanAn all white chicken breast that is lightly breaded with a blend of Asiago, Romano, Parmesan cheese and Panko bread crumbs is fried to a golden brown. Then it is topped with a melted blend of Mozzarella and provolone cheeses. The chicken breast is served on top of a bed of spaghetti and then covered in our house made marinara sauce which is made with vine ripe California tomatoes fresh garlic and basil.
LasagnaOur lasagna starts off with a blend of Italian Sausage and ground beef that is browned and then simmered with vine ripe tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh basil. This is then layered with lasagna sheets and a blend of Provolone and Mozzarella. Each piece of lasagna has 4 layers of meat sauce, cheese and pasta. It is then baked to blend all of the flavors together.
Spaghetti with Homemade RaguOur Ragu starts with the typical ingredients that you would find in any Ragu. Ground beef, tomato paste, puree of vine ripe tomatoes as well as some tomato strips for texture, fresh onions, garlic oregano and basil. But we also add a few ingredients that are not typically found in a traditional Ragu. Including chili powder and steak sauce. It gives our sauce a little more kick and mmmm factor. This is all simmered to marry all the flavors together and then poured over a mountain of spaghetti.
Rosemary Garlic RollsWe take the same dough as our fluffy, light, slightly sweet Cloverleaf rolls and brush them all over with our house made rosemary garlic butter, which is a blend of fresh rosemary, garlic, kosher salt and black pepper in a buttery blend. And then bake them to a golden brown and as soon as they come out of the oven we give them another coat of the Rosemary Garlic Butter.
